$35 per Student / Per Hour (Fall Rates Starting August 8, 2023).
Supplies used during the session will be provided.

The following programs are used to support your students. Students receive accounts based on needs. The price of each subscription used for your student is included in your session price.

Adapted Learning (paid each student)
Teachers pay teachers (bought based on individual needs)
Khan Academy (free -but I do take time to prep and review materials)
Splash learning (paid each student)
Consultations
3o Minute Phone Consultation
Discuss Individual Learning Concerns and Goals
Ask Questions about our Resources and Practices
Review any Data-- grades, school assessments, personal observations (If available).
$15 (Non Refundable) Fee that will be applied to the first Session.
Student Expectations
Bring any homework/ worksheets/ Practice assignments.
If the student takes behavior modification medication, please administer it before arriving.
Student must be willing to try and ask questions.
Payment
The fall rate is $35 per student per hour- Weekend appointments will be an additional fee.

Payment is due on Monday mornings at 9am (weekly) or On the 1st of the month by 9 am ( If you choose to pay monthly).
Attendance/ Cancellations
Late students will have the remainder of their originally scheduled time.
15 Minute Window- If a student is more than 15 minutes late arriving to a session, the session will be canceled Parents who are moret0 than 15 minutes late for pick up will be charged a fee.
Please inform me of cancellations at lest 24 hours in advance.
Students who miss more than 2 scheduled appointments within in 30 days will be removed from the calendar.
